How it works

SHOP

Find the gear you want to rent and select your rental period. If you're renting for more than 7 days, select the rental period closest to but not less than your required dates. Don't worry, we'll credit you for any unused days if you return early.

Upon order confirmation, there are 2 more steps:

  1. Complete our identity verification. You can do this on the order confirmation page, but we'll also prompt you via email and text.
  2. Pay your deposit, sent to you via email invoice. This authorization will be held for the duration of the rental. It will be fully refunded upon return except in the event of a late return, damage, or loss.

You’re done, get ready for your rental!

SHIP

You can have your ordered shipped, or you can pick up at our store if you’re in the Atlanta area.

Orders placed before 2pm ET generally ship the same day. If your rental start date is sufficiently in the future, we’ll ship your order to arrive no later than the day prior to your rental start date. We ship via FedEx and our standard shipping is 2 Day. Overnight shipping may be available upon special request.

Please note all packages require direct signature upon delivery. If you can’t be home to receive your package, please consider shipping to a FedEx authorized pick up location.

SHOOT

When your package arrives, check out the gear. If anything appears out of the ordinary, snap an image.

Otherwise, enjoy your gear and shoot some great photos or videos. If you have any questions during your rental, give us a call at (800) 342-5534 or email us anytime.

RETURN

We’ll send you a reminder the day before your return date. If you’re not ready to return the gear, contact us to see if it’s possible to extend your rental period.

Pack your gear back in the box exactly as it arrived, seal the box with the strip of tape we provided, and affix the prepaid FedEx return label directly over the original shipping label.

Take your package to a local staffed FedEx location before their last pickup (no drop boxes please!) and be sure to get a receipt.

We’ll verify your gear has been received in good order. Assuming no issues, we’ll cancel your deposit authorization.
